Trail Overview
This route takes you on an awesome adventure through just about every surface imaginable. Dirt, sand, rocks, hill climbs, off-camber sections, views, mud holes, and beautiful beach areas that offer great secluded camping. Would recommend bringing no less than two rigs as it can be sketchy at times. There are some cool berms at the beginning, then it takes you to some fun up-and-down sections. Would recommend a high-clearance 4x4 or Dirtbike here. Also some good opportunities next to the lake for fishing.Make sure to purchase the required "Turkey Bay" and "Land Between The Lakes" passes when driving here. They are available for purchase at the local welcome center.
Difficulty
High clearance 4x4 is recommended, there are some hill climbs, as well as 2ft+ mud holes, and wash outs. Tires can sink into the gravel beach if you are not careful. This trail is also very sloppy when wet. Camping is permitted on the beach just passed the turkey bay signs on the corner at the end of this route.
