Trail Overview

This trail follows Ute Creek as it descends from Aspen glades High on the Uncompahgre Plateau down to open sandy trails with Juniper and Ponderosa Pines. You can do this trail in either direction. Out and back or take fire roads back to the start. The trail is multi-use so beware of MTB.

Difficulty

The creek is tight at the top with loose rocks and ledges to navigate. The bottom is flowy and much easier to ride.
