Trail Overview
Peach Valley Loop is one of several ATV trails in the Peach Valley Recreation Area. It is an easy and wide two track making a loop on the adobe clay badlands that make up much of this trail system. It starts at the Peach Valley staging area and climbs up the adobe hills to the ridge lines on top. There are frequent trail marker signs for this trail, with either a red or white sticker saying Peach Valley Loop. The ridge lines on this trail seem to actually be an appropriate width for ATVs, compared to some of the other ATV trails in the area that have ridge lines that would be pretty narrow for a 50" vehicle. The trail has lots and lots of huge whoops since it gets high usage, mostly by dirt bikers. When on the spines, there are drop-offs on all sides of you looking down on the adobe badlands. The trail intersects with several single tracks, but keep following the signs for Peach Valley Loop to stick to the 50" designated trail. This is a very popular riding area, especially on weekends, and the area is full of blind corners around the adobe hills, so make sure to use caution and be aware of other riders.
