Difficulty

Difficult. Much of the trail is moderate, but two sections are marginally difficult. A clear-cut area for the new route has a lot of tree stumps waiting to catch on low hanging differentials. Another section is steep with some good size rock ledges. Aggressive, highclearance SUVs with a skilled driver should be able to get through.

Very pretty and enjoyable. About the maximum you could do in a stock Tacoma. Did fine with a tundra on 33”. There are a few shallow water crossings and large rocks and narrow paths throughout.

Super fun, a little challenging but a buddy in a stock 4 door long bed 3rd gen tacoma made it with a little rock stacking, some spotting, and some scraping. 10/10 would do again.

The trail is pretty difficult even with a 5" lift and low gears. Don't even try it in anything bigger than a jeep it's very narrow and requires a ton of articulation. There are 2 water crossings that were a little tricky. But the path is obstructed by 3 large trees about halfway up. Unfortunately I didn't bring a chainsaw and was not able to move them. It's really hard to turn around once you get to that point. My advice is turn around at the first water crossing.
