Trail Overview
This is a beautiful Jeep trail that we ran in a counterclockwise direction. It can be done equally well the other way. Reno Divide is an alternate route along the western part of the trail. There is a section of steep trail that goes up American Flag Mountain where you can get fantastic 360-degree views. It is highly recommended, and it offers the best scenery along the trail. There is plenty of parking at the top. Go up the mountain and come back down to continue along Italian Creek.
