Trail Overview

Hunters Creek is an easier trail, with a little bit of rocks and slick roots to watch out for, but is mostly a fast and flowy trail with gradual hill climbs, curvy turns, and mostly smooth dirt. There's a small creek crossing at the south entrance to the trail by Cement Creek Road. It goes in and out of tree sections and meadows and brings you up to the intersection with Double Top. If you keep going right on the Double Top trail, it gets more difficult with steep rocky climbs, but it brings you up to a saddle with epic views out towards the surrounding mountains. Taking Hunters Creek is a fun way to make a loop with Double Top or Trail 400 (Brush Creek).
