Trail Overview

This is a short trail off of Hurricane Pass/Corkscrew Gulch trails. It offers two delightful places to dry camp right in the middle of all the trails Ouray/Silverton has to offer. The first spot comes along soon and overlooks two small lakes. We had a nice meal break and rest at this spot. The second is at the end of the trail before you have to turn back after reaching the private property. Most people will drive past this road in a hurry to do the Hurricane Pass / Corkscrew Gulch trail, so will likely be all yours if your timing is right.

Difficulty

The trail has some uneven rock places, some climbs, and possibly water crossings depending on the time of year.
