Trail Overview
The Farwell Mountain ATV trail is an easier ATV trail with lots of sticks and roots and gradual climbs and descents with tight curves. It goes through a pine tree forest through meadows and trees, with some small embedded rocks or loose rocks on the surface, but no big obstacles. There is a long but shallow and easy creek crossing at the end across King Solomon Creek. The north end is accessed off King Solomon Road, which is a spur off the main dirt road FSR 409. The south end accesses the Farwell single track or the Manzanares ATV trail, which is much rockier. Farwell Mountain ATV Trail is less rocky than some of the nearby ATV trails like the Wyoming Trail and Ellis Trail.
