Bristol Head - MF 532

Trail Overview

This trail to the top of Bristol Head Peak takes you to an elevation 12,713 feet with stunning 360-degree views. Along the way, there are a few meadows with beautiful views. When you come to the large rock with mileage painted on it, there are 6 miles to go to the peak. No cell service along the way, but you may get some at the peak. The first 9 miles of the trail are easy, but at the fork, both trails become more difficult.

Difficulty

The first 9 miles of this trail are very easy and can be done by most vehicles. That puts you at the fork to Crystal Lake. After that point, both trails become rougher. Towards the end of the trail, there are about .4 miles of very rocky trail until you get to a sandy rut road to the top. Rocks not that large, but there are a lot of them.
