Trail Overview
The first section of this trail takes you up a very steep section which then turns into loose rock and ledges that you have to climb. 4WD is required, and high clearance is recommended. Most of this road is loose rock and mud holes. During wet conditions, this road will become a slippery mess. Not recommended during wintertime; snow will make this road unsafe. This is only a section of the trail; it continues on.

Trail is washed out and very rocky. Dont try and use any of the access roads in tan IE Burnt Ridge Rd. These roads CAN be worse than the actual trail and what looks like an easy dirt road is NOT. Google Maps told me using the access roads I could reach the trail in 45 Minutes. It was 4.5 hours. Just take Coffee Pot and around like it shows. The Tan roads should be considered in the rating because of their difficulty level that they take to reach the trail.
