Morton Road

Trail Overview

This sandy trail with a few rocks is one and a half vehicles wide, providing adequate room for navigation and occasional passing. The route is lined with creosote bushes on both sides, creating a natural corridor through the desert. There are a lot of spur trails branching off that take you to challenging, steep OHV hills if you're looking for more technical riding or obstacles beyond the main route. The straightforward main trail serves as an access road to these more challenging features in the area.

Difficulty

This is an easy trail with simple navigation on a sandy surface with a few rocks. The one-and-a-half vehicle width makes passing comfortable. The main route is straightforward and accessible for most vehicles. The challenging steep OHV hills on the spur trails are a different story, but the main road itself is easy going.
