Trail Overview
This trail begins on Owens Gorge Road and makes its way to Antelope Creek Road. It travels through a field of brush, offering wide views of the Eastern Sierras, Glass Mountains, and White Mountains. The route is slightly wider than a single vehicle and includes several spur trails. After 2 miles, the trail gets very rocky. Mud holes, then an uphill with a very uneven, off-camber, muddy trail with humps. The last section has very deep ruts.

Difficulty
The surface is sand and pumice with rocky stretches, deep ruts over 18 inches, and tree root obstacles. Off-camber holes, whoops, and occasional mud holes after rain or snow make this a challenging drive. A high clearance 4x4 is required for the West section of the trail, and the overall trail carries a rating of 4.
