Trail Overview
This trail is a large wash that winds through various sand hills and walls, with some reaching up to 30 feet tall creating a dramatic and enclosed canyon environment. The sand is very fluffy and can be deep at times, requiring constant momentum management through these soft conditions. There is lots of vegetation throughout, including some very large bushes and trees that create an impressively vegetated corridor for a desert wash. Four wheel drive and good tires are highly recommended for navigating this challenging sandy wash.

Difficulty
The very fluffy sand that can be deep at times is the main technical challenge, requiring four wheel drive and good tires, which are highly recommended. Airing down is essential for maintaining traction in the soft, fluffy sand. The large wash winding through sand hills and walls up to 30 feet tall creates an enclosed environment with flash flood concerns. The lots of vegetation, including very large bushes and trees, may create tight spots requiring careful navigation to avoid contact or damage.
