Trail Overview
An abandoned historic toll road that has devolved into a severely tight, single-track ATV / Moto route. This trail is horribly tight, slow, and brutal, defined by heavy fire-related blowdown that has been bucked only to OHV width (visible in photos). The path is completely overgrown and highly confined by logs, making for a challenging, damage-prone experience for 4x4s. The trail passes through a dense forest recovering from an older fire.

WARNING - VEHICLE WIDTH RESTRICTION: This trail should be considered ATV, SxS, or Dirt Bike ONLY. Do not attempt with a mid-size or full-size SUV/Truck; a user's mid-size LC100 sustained serious body damage on multiple panels by climbing over log piles to force its way through this trail in August 2025. Rated 5 for 4x4s. The difficulty is not just the technical aspect of crawling along and over fallen logs, but extreme constriction caused by narrowly bucked logs and blowdown, which leaves a clearance barely wider than a UTV/SxS. Until this trail is properly bucked to FS standards, only short-wheelbase, narrow OHVs should attempt this trail. 2.5 miles in 2 hrs at a rate of 1.25mph is NOT a fun experience.
