Trail Overview

This is a trail through a beautiful pine forest with some unique rock formations to view. It is mostly sandy with a few small rocky sections. One dip could be a water crossing during early spring or heavy rains. Combined with 1S90A, this spur trail is part of an alternate, much more scenic route between Sawmill Crossover and McGee Canyon Road. It is also slightly more difficult. It has two names. 1S16A has a placard on the Sawmill Crossover side. 39e103 has a placard on the 1S90A side.
