Trail Overview
Main Mountain Road features an easy gravel road with lots of campsites, views of the valley, small creeks, waterfalls, logging operations, and 4x4 trails to explore with quads and SxS. There is a hiking trail to Cove Mountain where there is also a campsite with a view. There are trees down all along this trail so tall and wide rigs are not recommended. At the second campsite, there is another really long off-road trail that leads to Brush Creek. Lots of areas to explore on this route. Do be cautious during the summer months as cottonmouth, rattlesnakes and scorpions can be found in this forest.
Difficulty
Several downed trees crossing the road, single lane road, and few pull outs for passing along with creek crossings.
