This is a great short and quick trail, or gateway trail, through desert terrain that gets you from the Twin Buttes to Hwy 74. This trail is north of the Vistancia area, which can lead you to the Lake Pleasant area. There are some offshoot trails that can be explored as well. There is no staging area for trailers.

All Entrances to this area have been fenced and gated off with no tresspassing signs.

They are building a new housing development in Northpoint in Vistancia. Trail dead ends right into a cactus nursery. I did not see a way around it.

Completely blocked main trail, whole road is essentially a construction site with multiple blocks and limited access, you can access some of the trails this one leads to but very limited
