North Waterman Mountain Trail

We entered the trail from West Silverbell road. The trail is indeed open. In our prior trail report we stated the road was temporarily closed (when we tried to enter from Ava Valley road) because of a no trespassing sign. Turns out that was incorrect. The no trespassing sign is probably because the land is either with the bureau of Land Management or state trust land. We do have a permit so we are able to use this trail and we were able to use it this morning. there is no signs stating no trespassing when entering from West Silverbell road. The scenery and the trail were great, no major obstacles. We drove through a few very small washes and saw some various desert critters. All in all a great morning!

The entrance to this trail from Avra Valley road says this is private property so we did not actually drive on the trail but turned around and left. Does anyone have any information as to whether or not his trail can actually be used?

Good trail to cruise down some rough drops and parts with chunky rocks but easy trail to get in the desert and check stuff out. Alot of offshooting trails also
