Trail Overview
The North Effus Ranch Road is a wide dirt road that has no obstacles on it. There are some sections of washboard, but nothing that will shake the bolts loose. There is plenty of room to pass and/or turn around, but remember, if you must leave the trail, to please TREAD LIGHTLY as this environment is fragile and prone to lasting damage. Along the way, you'll pass a couple of offshoot trails that lead up the hills. On these hills are some mines and the top of the hill sports a flat spot that might be good for camping, though there is minimal parking and a small flat spot. The trail terminates at its Southern end at a ranch, and there are gates in place marking private property.

Difficulty
This road appears to be at least semi-maintained, though it is not known how often. The road goes to a ranch on its southern end that is marked by gates across the path, signage, and obvious signs of habitation. There are no obstacles on this trail, and it is plenty wide for others to pass and/or turn around.
