Trail Overview
Fair Oaks West is an offshoot of the Main Fair Oaks trail. Wide, with no obstacles, this trail accesses more trails, campsites, and hunting areas in this section of the Prescott National Forest. Sections of this trail are washboarded, and pass over washes that have a propensity to flood during monsoon season, so please follow local signage. The further West on the trail you go, the more private property you'll encounter, with the trail dead-ending at a locked gate in a remote neighborhood. This road is well-trafficked, so please use caution around corners, as well as with your speed, as it is dusty.
