Trail Overview

Castle Hot Springs is a natural hot spring that has had a series of resorts, several of which have burned. It is now privately owned and overseen by caretakers. Not open to the public.As of 2019 Castle Hot Springs is open to the public. This is not a 'Jeeping" road by any stretch of the imagination. It is an easy ride through a very scenic backcountry. It also accesses several real Jeep trails in the area.

Dramatic, craggy mountains; nice long range views; Resort with palm trees. Sedan can make it to the resort but 4x4 better on the washboards and some minor rocky areas.
