Trail Overview
Castle Hot Springs is a natural hot spring that has an intriguing history as a health resort. In operation since 1896, the original Castle Hot Springs resort was destroyed by fire in 1976. Under new ownership, the resort reopened in 2019. The hot springs are for overnight guest use only. This is not a 'Jeeping" road by any stretch of the imagination; it is an easy ride through scenic backcountry. The road accesses several real Jeep trails in the area.
