Trail Overview
This trail climbs up onto Thompson Mesa before descending into a canyon towards Boyer Cabin via a narrow shelf road. The descent is rocky and rough, with several washouts and rolling dips that require careful tire placement and good ground clearance. As you approach the cabin, the trail tightens significantly through a patch of very small, pinching trees that narrow the corridor. High clearance is necessary for the descent into the canyon and the uneven terrain leading to the cabin.
