Trail Overview

This is a simple and quick way to get to Beer Hill. Beer Hill offers great views of the La Paz Valley, KOFA, and La Paz Village. The top of the hill is dotted with painted rocks as memorials to lost friends and family, and some are just for fun. It's another great spot to catch a sunrise or sunset. The trail is relatively easy with a short section that runs through a wash with some larger rocks.

Mostly hard-packed dirt and gravel road, there are several washes to cross and about 50 yards of wash to drive down.

Access Description

You can start at the corner of Diamond Place and Avenue 22 near Rainbow Acres. There is plenty of BLM land to park tow rigs and trailers on, if you want to trailer to the start.
