Trail Overview

DJ Flake is a near-vertical trail that requires all of the speed and torque to be able to make it up. This extremely steep grade is even difficult to walk standing up. The deep ruts have large bump-outs that can easily cause you to flip backwards. This red clay soil can be sticky at the bottom of the trail, and soft silt midway up will prove to be quite the challenge.

Difficulty

This near-vertical trail is a continuous hill climb to the top and eventually levels out. It is filled with loose silt and soil that will erode with every tire turn.
