Trail Overview

Trail 300 Main is a practical and accessible route that connects to many one-way trails in the 300-series system. At the start, there is a bridge and creek where you can stop and explore the area on foot. Its manageable terrain and well-maintained width make it an ideal starting point for exploring the park's south end. While relatively straightforward, the trail's occasional challenges provide a mild off-roading experience.

Difficulty

Trail 300 Main is classified as a Level 3 trail due to its moderate difficulty, featuring hard-packed dirt, occasional washouts, and mud holes that can reach depths of up to 12 inches. The trail's width allows drivers to navigate around deeper ruts and obstacles, but its two-way nature and variable conditions require attention and basic off-road experience.
