Trail Overview
Klaskino Inlet is a graded gravel road which winds through dense coastal forest, gradually leading toward the remote and picturesque Klaskino Inlet. The route features a series of gentle climbs and descents as it rolls over forested hills, occasionally hugging cliffside sections where drivers should reduce speed and navigate with care, especially on tight, downhill curves. Closer to the inlet, the forest canopy begins to open, revealing peaceful glimpses of water through the trees. The mix of elevation changes, lush forest, and stunning coastal views makes this a beautiful, remote-feeling drive that rewards those seeking quiet and solitude. When the sun is out, the water is a deep emerald color.

Difficulty
This trail is an active logging route, so it's important to stay alert for logging trucks, particularly during weekdays and early hours. There are also a few rockslide-prone sections, where small rocks or debris may be scattered across the road. While manageable, these hazards require a watchful eye and slower speeds. The road is smooth and well-graded throughout. Mild elevation changes and some exposure to cliffs and loose debris are the only concerns. Suitable for most vehicles, but caution is advised due to blind corners and industrial traffic.
