Trail Overview
Dragon's Breath connects Dragon's Lair to Sprocket Eater (which can continue to Over The Rocks/ Follow Your Nose). It is a gnarly and short trail that definitely branches into harder tech. A little easier than the crack on Sprocket Eater, but Dragon's Breath is challenging. The initial approach (riding from Dragon's Lair towards Sprocket Eater) is a ledge between a rock and a stump. The run-in adds to the challenge and is slow speed. Once up the ledge, you get into more slab rocks before going back to dirt for another climb. The climb is slow speed, somewhat steep, and has good-sized rocks and roots. Line choice is needed for this one. Finally, you are faced with more slabs as you connect to Sprocket Eater. This is a fun gnarly tech route. Combine this, Sprocket Eater, Over the Rocks, and Over the Rocks Bonus to create a short but very technically challenging route.
