RV1

Trail Overview

RV1 is a 12-mile main access route through the Ridgeview trail system, suitable for all skill levels. The trail features mostly easy, gradual grades with narrow ridgeline sections, shelf-like paths, small loose rocks, ruts, debris, and some slick spots. The northern end is the steepest part of the trail. As of May 2025, there is a significant washout near the intersection with CC101 that may be impassable for side-by-sides. Also, drivers should use caution at road crossings as it crosses the paved Helen Henderson highway. RV1 connects to a lot of different trails in the system and is the primary route from the Ridgeview staging area.
