Trail Overview
The Lake Park ATV trail starts on the west end next to the East Park Reservoir, and parallels the lake for the first bit. It's a wide forested trail with several shallow ruts, with occasional muddy spots, and you can see the lake through the trees. There are several spots in the beginning to walk down to the water to enjoy the view. There are intermittent embedded rocks in the trail. It pops out into a wide grassy meadow north of the reservoir and passes an intersection with a nonmotorized trail. The two-track continues through the grass, with a couple of shallow stream crossings, and sections that have been reinforced with rubber mats to help prevent more rutting. There is one wooden bridge, and the east end gets a bit rockier, with bigger embedded rock faces that you ride over. There are slippery roots to watch out for as well. It winds through the pine forest with some deep muddy ruts and standing water on the trail in the springtime. The east end of the trail connects to Trail 212.

Difficulty
This is an easy ATV trail as it is mostly flat, with minor rocky surfaces. There aren't any major rock ledges or obstacles, however, there are frequent muddy ruts and puddles that make the trail slick.
