During times of rain, snow, and ice the road will become harder to travel on. Winklebleck Road is within Bald Eagle State Forest. Hairy John State Forest Picnic Area is on this road.

Access Description

Winklebleck Road runs in a north-south direction. It is accessed from the south off of PA State Route 45. It runs north and ends at the intersection of Stony Run Road.
