Trail Overview

Q5 is an easy loop trail starting from the parking lot at the AOT Welcome Center, guiding riders into the lower Quincy sector. This route serves as a central access loop, connecting to multiple trails and key points of interest within the system. The trail consists of a dirt base with sections of grass overgrowth, creating a smooth and relaxed ride. Q5 provides access to connecting trails, including Q16, Q22, and Q18, making it a key navigation route for exploring the Quincy area.

Difficulty

Dirt trail with gentle grades and minor mud sections. Safe for most 4WD and high-clearance 2WD vehicles. Trail width typically supports two-way traffic. After rain, mud holes may develop along the trail, particularly in low-lying areas. These are typically shallow and manageable for most vehicles.
