Trail Overview
Trail 28 is a 5.5-mile easy route that serves as a major connector between the Indian Ridge and Pinnacle Creek trail systems. While generally gradual in grade, the trail has sections that are more rugged, with pronounced ruts, loose rock, and occasional embedded slickrock surfaces. Some areas feature slightly steeper climbs but remain manageable for most riders. The route follows the contour of the mountain with scenic shelfy segments, smooth dirt, and wide, gradual curves, including a few large hairpin corners. At the northern end, it connects to Belcher Ridge Run, providing access northward into the Pinnacle Creek system.
