Trail Overview
DA 147 is a narrow singletrack trail along a shelfy hillside with tight switchbacks and deep troughs that make for a technical descent. The trail winds above a ravine through lush, overgrown forest, with narrow tree gaps and low visibility from dense brush. Riders will encounter slick downed logs that require a straight-on approach, small stream crossings, and steep loose descents. It crosses the Ferrell Branch stream before reconnecting with DA 35, offering a scenic but challenging route best suited for more skilled dirt bike riders.
