The Red Ledges Access Trail intersects with Red Ledges Trail No. 019 at its midpoint, allowing travelers to head west to intersect Aspen Flat Trail No. 018 or east to intersect Robertson Pasture Trail No. 020. From the east end, the trail descends slightly for the first 2 miles before dropping steeply into the Indian Creek basin. After crossing Indian Creek, it ascends steeply toward the junction with Aspen Flat Trail No. 018. Loops can be created using this trail along with other area trails, including Red Ledges Access Trail No. 160, Aspen Flat Trail No. 018, Robertson Pasture Trail No. 020, and Shea Ridge Trail No.162. To complete these loops, Indian Creek Road No. 079 is utilized. Please be respectful of private property and ensure that gates are left as you found them.
