Racetrack (FR 70514)

Trail Overview

Racetrack is a short, relatively easy trail that provides access to and connects with a network of other trails in the area. Expect a reasonably easy grade for most of the trail, some rocks, camping at the trail's north end, cattle, and even some wildlife such as deer. Even a gentle flowing brook follows the road for a short while.

Dirt road with some very shallow water crossings from time to time, based on the time of year. There are small obstacles such as rocks and some small ruts. The road is one vehicle wide with few areas for passing.
