Trail Overview
This is a 5.7-mile-long dirt road that crosses the Arizona/Utah border along the Vermillion Cliffs National Monument. It's Judd Hollow 6125 on the Utah side and Cedar Mountain Road on the Arizona side. The trail is a mix of hardpacked sand and dirt, sometimes a washboard surface, with light curves, and uneven flat rock slabs in the surface of the road. It's a narrower Jeep trail that is not super wide, but it's mostly flat. It goes past a water tank for cattle, through fences, and has cool views over ravines and washes. The northern part of the trail mostly goes through an endless flat desert terrain of bushes and sand, with the Vermillion Cliffs in the distance. There are lots of other unmarked intersections to explore, but this is a good way to get to the views along the Paria Canyon if you take the road south and continue onto 1094. There's no shade coverage, but there is decent cell reception with Verizon. Other than being sandy, some of the other more technical features of the road are slab rock sections that create little ledges that are a few inches tall, and several bigger dips through sandy/rocky washes that make it slightly more difficult because you'll need more clearance.

Difficulty
This easy dirt road has small features such as slab rock sections that create tiny ledges, sand, and dips through sandy washes. It would be very easy for any 4WD high-clearance vehicle.
