This route follows the Self-Guided Auto Tour Route at Fish Springs National Wildlife Refuge. The Refuge comprises over 18,000 acres and seasonally hosts nearly 300 species of birds, along with other mammals such as coyotes, pronghorn, and jack rabbits. The Auto Tour is an approximately 10-mile loop that takes you on dikes between the various marshes and ponds of the refuge. The road is a graded gravel road, passable by any vehicle.
