Trail Overview

** Please note - only a portion of this trail is closed due to a recent BLM travel management decision. A majority of this trail can still be driven, but not as described by the Guided Trail. Please refer to the closed styling (orange highlight) to note which portions are closed. For those looking for beautiful scenery and mild obstacles, Deadman Point is a great, relaxing option. Most vehicles should be able to ride the trail relatively easily, however there are a few obstacles that could challenge some stock vehicles. Enjoy views of Spring Canyon, Hellroaring Canyon, Canyonlands National Park and Green River. Expect dirt roads with a few rocky sections, descents, short ledges, sandy washes and slickrock, but nothing too demanding for experienced 4X4 drivers.

Trail in great shape. Excellent for novice dirt bike riders. Some minor technical riding up rocks (small ledges) just before getting to the lookout point.
