As you make your way north on County Road 132 towards the stunning Anticline Overlook, keep an eye out for D0661, an offshoot trail that branches off to the east. This particular trail offers a convenient loop, allowing you to explore a different section of the landscape before rejoining County Road 132 further along. Please be aware that any trails branching off to the left and right of D0661 are currently not designated for legal use until you reach the intersection with trail D1172.

Although the primary terrain of this trail is sandy, be prepared to encounter several washouts along your route. A stock, high-clearance 4WD vehicle should generally be sufficient for navigating these conditions.
