Trail Overview
Trail 4 is a moderate loop that rides smoother and more flowing than many of the sand-heavy routes in the system, making it a good option for riders looking for a less punishing pace. The trail follows a winding line through pine forest with a mix of sandy stretches and firmer ground, where traction is more consistent and whoops are typically shorter and more spaced out. Its layout favors rhythm over technical intensity, with fewer abrupt transitions compared to rougher trails nearby. Weather still plays a role, as flatter sections can collect water and become slick or rutted after rain, while dry conditions gradually break the surface down and increase fatigue over time. The trail's narrower width and tree-lined edges keep visibility tight in corners, and although it's generally more approachable, heavier use can quickly change its character and introduce rougher segments.
