Trail Overview
Trail 6A- A trail of the Rock Run Recreation Area. Trail 6A is an original trail to the park. It should be able to be traversed by anyone on a motorcycle, ATV, or SxS with some skill. At half a mile in length, this trail is part of the larger network at the park. This trail is dirt and rocks on a grade and serves as a loop trail from the Outer Loop and Trail 6 B. It does have a cut-off intersection with the Inner Loop as well. You may encounter some washouts, rutting, and some standing water. It is a narrow trail, one vehicle wide, with areas to pass with a lot of grade change. There are loose rocks and other obstacles on this trail. This trail offers several areas with views of the surrounding valley. This trail is open to bikes, ATVs, and SxSs. The trail travels mostly through the woods and offers the opportunity to pick berries when in season in several locations. This is a two-way trail and offers a different experience riding it in both directions. Trail driven and documented in June 2025.
