Trail Overview

Trail 12Q- A trail of Rock Run Recreation Area. Trail 12Q is an original trail to the park. It should be able to be traversed by anyone on a motorcycle, ATV, or SxS. Trail 12Q is 2/10ths of a mile in length and connects the Inner and Outer Loops. At the Inner Loop intersection, it also intersects with Trail 12P, while at the Outer Loop intersection, is also connects with Trail 12R. It is part of the larger trail network in this section of the park. This trail is dirt with embedded and loose rocks, rutting, and a few spots of minor mud. It has some minor grades in a few spots along with some rutting and smooth sections. It is a tight trail, with some overgrown vegetation and the opportunity to pick berries in season. This trail is open to bikes, ATVs, and SxSs. This is a two-way trail and offers a different experience riding it both directions. Trail driven and documented in July 2025.

Difficulty

This is an uneven, rutted dirt trail with loose rocks and washes and minor mud holes. The trail is one vehicle wide with limited places to pass.
