Kinney Hollow Trail is a seasonal access road in Tioga State Forest, which is generally open from early October to Late February. This road is an out-and-back adventure off the top of Goodall Road. It is a minimally maintained dirt road with deep ruts, some mud, and possibly deep puddles. There are also some sections that may have tight, grown-in vegetation. The road receives no winter maintenance and is also part of a snowmobile route.
