Hicks Road is a graded gravel road. It is an easy ride in the summer months; however, there is no winter maintenance. Rain, snow, and ice will make the road harder to travel. Hicks Road is within Sproul State Forest. Hicks Road is an east-west orientated road.

History

There is a memorial site along Hick Roads for the Hirth and Babka Memorial Planting Area.

Access Description

Hicks Roads is primarily an east-west oriented route. It is accessed from the west off of PA State Route 144 and from the east from Penrose Road.
