This is a small gravel state forest road/snowmobile trail through Gallitzin State Forest. There are numerous pull-off areas that offer great views of the valley and windmills. People also use these roads as hiking/walking areas, so be aware as you're coming around some of the sharp bends. This also makes a great viewing spot for the night sky.
