Trail Overview
Trail 40 kicks off from trail 28 and goes by the name Boyscout until you reach the point where S.O.B. intersects. After that, it transforms into the regular trail 40. Despite being labeled as a green trail, it's one of the most challenging in the park. The toughest stretch is where it crosses over trail 38, and the rocks from that black trail spill out onto trail 40.
