Trail Overview

This started out as a loose gravel, non-maintained 2-lane road, nothing technically. This follows a river where there are plenty of pull-offs to walk down to the river. Also, there are sections to pull over and park to go hiking. At about 4 miles in, this changes to a much more technical route. The last 2 miles became more technical with mud holes, washed out sections, some climbs with loose rocks, and a 2-4" climb on a small rock shelf. At the end, you do have to turn around, but there is a section to park and walk down to the river.
