Trail Overview

This is an active logging road open to the public that is well-maintained and consists mainly of packed dirt and sand. The trail begins at a high point and winds its way down to the edge of a marsh, where, depending on the time of year, you can spot the elusive Adirondack moose.

Difficulty

Not much difficulty on this trail. Some muddy spots, especially in the spring, but otherwise the surface dries out pretty quickly. Always be on the lookout for logging trucks and equipment.
