Trail Overview
This out-and-back trail makes its way across the Tule Desert and loops near Garden Mountain. The trail up to the loop is very easy going with long stretches of rolling hills. About a mile in, you'll pass a cattle pen. Livestock are free-roaming in the area, so use caution. Once to the loop, the trail becomes a little more technical and less defined. There is a steep little ravine to cross on the East side of the loop, but a bypass trail to go around it was spotted. A couple of washes and rocky patches to navigate throughout the loop. Summer months will reach triple-digit temperatures - plan accordingly with plenty of water.
