Trail Overview
Upper Waterfall is the very eastern end of Waterfall Run, and its main feature is a five-foot undercut rock ledge that gives the trail its name. To make things more difficult, the lower edge of the waterfall ledge has been eroded by water flow and spinning tires. Very high clearance and 40" plus tires are necessary to climb this obstacle due to the extreme undercut of the rock ledge.
